I've had my sansa fuze for little over a year, previously i had a sansa clip which broke during a road trip, and it has been a pretty good product. The expandable memory works great with the conversion software and playback, but when you put in the microsd card you have to wait a while for the player to refresh before you can use it (this is probably normal but it is a bit of a pain). The screen is a little small for playing videos but it works fine. My first complaint is the power switch, it slides fine but sometimes when you turn on the player it turns off automatically and you have to use the switch 2 times and refresh, which gets annoying. Another problem is that the conversion software will not work with certain file types, and sometimes doesn't properly convert the normal file types (there were several occasions when I had to convert .flv files to .avi and then convert them to the player with the sansa conversion software and the video still wouldn't play). The main problem I have with the player is that, while it can take being dropped a couple times, there is a problem with the headphone jack that causes sound to only travel to one earphone if its not situated a certain way, which is why I plan on getting a different mp3 player. If you don't mind these issues you should consider buying a fuze, and if you fill up file space as quickly as I do you should consider getting a good microsdhc card as well.

I am really pleased with the fuze and it does everything I want it to do except it does not have AM radio. It says that it has a radio and that is one of the things I really wanted, but I like listening to talk radio on AM and it does not have it. It only has FM. Otherwise, I really love it.

Bought this for my daughter's birthday. Small enough for fitting in a pocket. As it only comes with a device to computer charger, I would recommend getting the wall charger in addition to make it easier to keep it charged. I had a little trouble getting music on it initially - you do have to install the Sansa software and run the update from their website to get it working correctly. Directions in the packet were a little unclear on this. Product is great and service was excellent....
